There will be enough components included to use 1 or 2 fuel pumps. Stainless Steel Hardware and Clamps Configuration ETFE Wire with Stainless Steel Terminals Anodized Aluminum Fittings for All Model Years Anodized Aluminum Collector Box and Check Valve ![]() Select qty1 for single pump applications and qty2 for dual pump applications. Single pump applications can reuse the OEM fuel pump controller, but it is recommended to upgrade the wiring as high flow fuel pumps draw additional current requiring larger gauge wire. The OEM fuel level and fuel temperature sensors secure to the mounting bracket. Furthermore, all returning fuel from the pressure regulator return and the crossover hose enter the collector box keeping it full. It serves as a trap door keeping the pump(s) supplied with fuel during aggressive driving. There is a 1-way fill valve incorporated on the front side of the tank that flows 355LPH. It improves the fuel supply around the pump(s) inlet. Shown below is the smallest OEM gas tank baffle found in the model list above. Unlike the 2004-2007 WRX STi OEM variation, the Radium Engineering collector box has been optimized to work in ALL gas tanks. The kit also includes a streamlined anodized aluminum collector box. The kit includes a venturi jet pump with a new integrated pressure relief valve that is optimized for high flow pump(s). The low profile design keeps all wiring tucked nicely underneath the OEM cover plate. Nonconductive acorn nuts are provided to prevent any accidental short circuits.įurthermore, the high quality in-tank wiring is insulated with chemically resistant ETFE. Stainless steel crimp-on ring terminals and heat shrink are provided for external wiring connections. These serviceable connections are properly sealed and impervious to all standard and exotic fuels. The custom designed stainless electrical studs easily handle the high current demand that compact bulkhead connectors lack. There is also a return line SAE quick disconnect fitting included for newer models. Lastly, -6AN male fittings are included for those that use aftermarket feed and return hoses. Shown below is for mid model years which use a SAE quick disconnect fuel feed. To simplify plumbing, the kit includes OEM hose adapter fittings for all model years listed. The crossover and return uses 6AN ORB threaded ports. The pumps merge into a single port outlet with 8AN ORB threads. The fuel level sender and temperature sensors are retained. The machined assembly mounts in the factory fuel tank using the OEM gasket and hardware. The Radium fuel pump hanger allows the use of 1 or 2 aftermarket high-flow fuel pumps.
